6 Steps To Tattoo Heaven

Step 1 – Contact Me
Reach out via Instagram, WhatsApp, or email with your idea. Include reference images, size, and placement if possible.

Step 2 – Agree on Time & Price
We’ll confirm the design details and set a date/time. Prices are based on size, style, and complexity.

Step 3 – Pay Your Deposit (or Full Payment)
I’ll send you a secure Square payment link.

A deposit is required to confirm your booking.

Deposits are non-refundable but will be deducted from the final price.

You may choose to pay in full if you prefer.

Step 4 – Complete the Waiver Form
Once payment is made, you’ll be asked to complete an online waiver & medical consent form (required by UK law and studio regulations).

You must be 18 or older (bring valid photo ID).

All health conditions must be declared.

Step 5 – Attend Your Appointment
Arrive on time at the studio. Eat beforehand, stay hydrated, and wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the tattoo area.

Step 6 – Aftercare Advice
At the end of your session, you’ll receive aftercare instructions. Following these carefully will ensure the best healing and long-lasting results.

Deposit & Cancellation policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all tattoo bookings.

Deposits will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo on the day of your appointment.

If you cancel, do not show up, or arrive more than 30 minutes late, your deposit will be forfeited.

If you need to reschedule, please give at least 72 hours’ notice — in this case your deposit can be transferred to a new date (one transfer only).

Deposits are specific to the agreed design and appointment. Significant design changes may require a new deposit.
